**Operational Management**
- Oversee daily operations of the arcade bar, including gaming areas, bar service, and food service (if applicable).

**Staff Management**
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff, including bartenders and servers
- Create staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours and events.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback or coaching to improve team performance.
- Foster a positive work environment and resolve any employee conflicts or issues.

**Customer Experience**
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by maintaining a clean, safe, and enjoyable environment.
- Address customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Monitor customer feedback (in-person, online reviews, surveys) and implement improvements as needed.
- Organize and promote special events, tournaments, or themed nights to enhance customer engagement.

**Financial Management**
- Manage cash handling procedures and ensure accurate reporting of daily sales

**Compliance and Safety**
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, including alcohol licensing and health codes.
- Maintain a safe environment by enforcing safety protocols and conducting regular inspections.
- Train staff on emergency procedures, such as fire safety or handling difficult customers.

This role requires a balance of business acumen, customer focus, and operational expertise to ensure the arcade bar runs efficiently and delivers a memorable experience for guests.
- Ensure all equipment (arcade games, POS systems, etc.) is functioning properly and schedule maintenance or repairs as needed.
- Manage inventory levels for gaming tokens, prizes, food, beverages, and bar supplies.
- Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain consistency and efficiency.

Pay: $3,200.00 - $3,500.00 per month
