We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an **Advisory Specialist - Sales Enablement.**

**Principal Responsibilities**

This role reports to the Global & Asia Head of Advisory within IWS (Investments & Wealth Solutions) and will focus on building and enhancing the advisory proposition across client segments.

Key responsibilities include:

- Develop and manage the advisory proposition across client segments and booking centres through the design of key features that benefits both the front office and the clients
- Focus on building a best-in-class advisory client journey that is appropriate for different client segments
- Support the commercialization of the advisory proposition by moving client assets into Prism (fee-based advisory mandates)
- Shape and launch new advisory offerings in partnership with other product teams and the front office
- Provide sales enablement support for the front office through training and education related to both Prism and the usage of Aladdin, including direct client facing activities
- Develop and own the marketing strategy for Prism and ensure global alignment on branding and proposition
- Handle complex client cases from the front office that requires the usage of Prism to increase the share of wallet or for asset retention purposes
- Offer expertise on how best to deliver investment advice across client channels and to leverage on the global investment capabilities of the bank and usage of technology to further digitalize the client experience
Requirements
- Lead the adoption of Prism as the go-to advisory proposition for clients and enable the successful commercialization of the offering
- Train and educate the front office to enable them to use Aladdin as the portfolio advisory platform and to allow them to position Prism with conviction to clients
- Interface with front office to handle complex client cases that can help the bank improve the quality of revenues, the share of wallet or to retain assets
- Develop the strategy to unify the proposition across client segments and as part of the broader Wealth Management Transformation initiative
- Lead discussions for Advisory across pricing and regulatory topics that will impact the overall USP for the business
