We are searching for an innovative, deadline-driven Mechatronics Engineer to join our rapidly-growing team. The mechatronics engineer’s responsibilities include improving existing mechanical systems, designing and testing mechanical and electronic systems, and developing various automated systems.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Research on concepts to innovate and improve existing/new products
- Plan, design and develop products within quality target and cost
- Assembly and testing of prototype/product - both mechanical and electronics
- Collaborate with Industrial Design, Mechanical Engineering in the design and product development
- Prepare documentation such as Bill of Materials, project schedule, PCB Manufacturing files, user manual, and assembly manual
- Designing, developing and enhancing electro-mechanical systems and mechatronic devices.
- Creating automated systems and the software to control them.
- Conducting research, documenting findings, and presenting reports at meetings.
- Developing design documents for mechanical parts and final products.
- Understanding problems and developing solutions that satisfy them.
- Selecting the required tools and materials for the manufacturing process.
- Any other duties when assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in Mechatronics Engineering or related fields.
- Knowledge of Mechanical systems and Electronic Circuits.
- 1 year of relevant work experience in Mechatronics Engineering or related fields.
- Experience in CAD (e.g. Solidworks, Fusion360)
- Experience in PCB design environments (Altium,KiCAD, etc).
- Experience in Arduino System.
- Strong mathematical, analytical, and creative thinking skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and hungry for Innovation and Knowledge.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams to innovate.
- Self-starter with a passion for engineering.
- Self-motivated, able to work individually as well as a great team player.
- Able to adapt to the fast-paced environment and handle tight timelines at work.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with people at all levels, internally/externally, and in a professional and responsible manner.
