**About This Role**

**What You Will Be Doing**:
**What You Will Execute On A Day To Day Basis**:

- Project Management of key projects which are global and cross functional in nature
- Process Building
- Take the drawings and convert to workflows on mural.
- Take the drawings and convert to designs with the design person; like brochures, decks, and client calendars.
- Communication:

- Stakeholders' Success:

- Follow up with stakeholders on various day-to-day tasks/ to-do's within different projects.
- Communication Assets:

- Fair up and organise notes on Apple Notes.
- Create and organise notes from various portions of L&D programs / books / leadership reflections for Thought Leadership Meetings with the team.
- Innovate and come up with new features to constantly improve our products and better curate them to the needs of our customer.
- Meetings & Follow Up:

- Take meeting notes and work with the team to manage the same.
- Scheduling and arranging meetings across time zones.
- Compiling questions and requests from different stakeholders and the direct reports of Sr VP - Strategic Operations to make informed decisions and resources to help navigate challenges.

**About You**:
**Qualifications**
- A Diploma/ undergraduate degree in the relevant field.

**Experience and Skills**
- Well-organised, meticulous and a keen eye for details.
- Outstanding written and presentation skills, with strong business acumen.
- Excellent communicator and cultural carrier.
- Be a solid partner to move the work forward

**Qualities**
- Confident in working with diverse groups of people at various positions in the organisation
- Open to communication and accessible nature
- Open minded and open to learn
