**Responsibilities**:

- Build, manage and optimize paid social campaigns across TikTok, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Twitter, and Reddit for the APAC region.
- Provide training, guidance, and support to junior team members and the paid ads intern.
- Analyze campaign performance data and generate actionable insights to improve ROI and scale campaigns effectively.
- Coordinate with creative, content, and campaign teams to align paid ads strategies with overall marketing goals.
- Stay up-to-date with platform updates, industry trends, and competitor activities to maintain competitive advantage.
- Assist in developing and documenting workflows and processes for paid social campaigns.
- Support cross-channel collaboration and contribute to broader paid media strategy discussions.
- Manage budgets and pacing for paid social campaigns in coordination with the budget and strategy lead.
- Participate in regular reporting to stakeholders on campaign performance and progress.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns on TikTok, Meta, Twitter, and Reddit.
- Proven track record of driving successful paid social campaigns with measurable ROI.
- Experience working in agency or in-house digital marketing teams preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns accordingly.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to train and collaborate with team members.
- Self-starter with ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with ad tech tools, tracking pixels, and campaign management platforms.
- Knowledge of the APAC market and regional digital advertising landscape is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including creative, strategy, and analytics.
