What we are looking for?
If you’d like to join a group that’s focused on exploring augmented reality, human-centered design, and the future of computing then you are in the right place.
In your role as XR Program / PoC Manager, you will:
- Work cross-functionally to guide XR concept PoC’s from conception to delivery by connecting the technical and business worlds.
- You can break down complex problems into steps that drive project delivery and insights at pace.
- You will be required to maintain relationships with internal teams as well as Dell customers, vendors and stakeholders.
- You are passionate about and have background knowledge of XR technology, use cases and solutions.
- Be able to understand and represent DXR Studio’s position and vision on XR and the Metaverse.
- Must be able to work collaboratively with UX, engineering, systems architects and other teams on cutting edge technologies.
**Requirements**:
- Degree in technology, business or related field with 3 or more years in Product Management, startups or solution development with XR products.
- Experience driving product vision, go-to-market strategy, and design discussions around XR solutions.
- Experience in project management which includes some combination of resource planning, running sprints, dealing with constraints etc.
- Ability to influence multiple stakeholders without direct authority.
- Comfortable in presenting to wider, cross-functional organizations & stakeholders is highly required.
- You should have the bravery to challenge the status quo and think different; thrive in ambiguity; work out loud together; thrive in a culture of being direct; care for each other and our ideas; be ever curious, always connecting the dots.
