**Singapore - Data Analyst Intern**:

- Date: 1 Nov 2024- Location: Singapore- Company: ShiseidoMAIN PURPOSE

The data analyst intern will work closely with Shiseido Singapore corporate CRM manager to generate business insight to support prestige brands in member and product strategy. Through analysing member and product data to dig out potential business growth opportunity, and to create business value by data-driven strategy forming.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Member Performance Tracking
- Support monthly CRM KPI tracking and provide data reading and analyzing on performance and trend understanding
- Design and optimize campaign tracking template, provide post-campaign analysis on communication and member purchasing behavior
- Analyze customer lifecycle communication performance, give actionable comments to improve customer lifecycle to uplift customer repeat and retention

2. System follow-up & Data Hygiene
- Liaising with regional team on LMS system, help to make sure data integrity, upholding report accuracy and make sure reporting requirements from SS team are supported by related teams.

3. CRM Strategy Support
- Support line manager conduct preliminary data preparation/understanding for further analysis
- Compile data and organize it to standard format, perform first-hand data accuracy checks and cross verification, supporting line manger in challenge identification
- Assist line manager to interpret data findings to actionable strategy and plans

4. Ad-hoc assignment from line manager

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics or relevant discipline
- Solid analytical skills and the ability to collect & synthesize data independently
- Proficiency in SQL/Python, MICROSOFT OFFICE, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong ability in logic analysis. Numeric skills is essential.
- Positive attitude to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Well-groomed, confident, and able to work under pressure.
- Experience in a similar capacity within the beauty, and fashion industry is an added advantage.
