**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Develop good understanding of company products vision and requirements and translate that into intuitive, appealing and usable UI.
- Develop good understanding of the target users (ie the user segment that we are building the product for), and coming up with the tasks, navigation and flow that is both usable and satisfying.
- Work with Team lead and communicate with our business and technical teams to seek further appreciation of the challenges and translate into strong design.
- Translate the requirements for features and functionalities into desired user experience, and map product requirements to a design represented by wireframes.
- Prepare design concept, prototypes in mockups, wireframes for initial discussion and brainstorming, and work with cross teams to refine prototypes to product for iteration and review.
- Continuously gather and analyze data and information from varied sources (e.g. products, market, competitors, customers, prospects, key industry analysts, and many other constituencies; as well as internal sources like sales and customer service), with the aim of using such gathered data to inform the evolution of product design.

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years of working experience in UI/UX design
- Possess at least a Degree, preferably in UI/UX, design/media/arts related.
- Strong mastery of Figma and/or Sketch. Mastery of Adobe Creative suite is desirable.
- Good understanding of great design with strong focus on usability and intuitiveness, with good eye for aesthetics and UI/UX.
- Able to prioritize tasks to meet multiple deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaborative skills.
- Able to work independently as well as in collaborative mode with minimum supervision.
- Willingness to learn and able to pick up new technology or new concepts fast.
- Meticulous, good work ethic/attitude and with good follow-through.
- Ability to work well in a cross functional team environment.
