**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the API, ISO and Safety certification program for the Company as Management Representative.
- Monitor the manufacturing of machined parts (CNC Turning/CNC Milling/Wirecut/EDM) to API Q1 and ISO standards.
- Conduct quality audits of product/materials compliance with API Spec Q1.
- Prepare, document and implement API Spec Q1, requirements and compliance.
- Conduct and supervise QA & QC inspection and testing.
- Research, prepare, specify and document all the necessary QA/QC manuals, procedures, inspection, testing process, risk assessments SOPs and work instruction relating to QA/QC activities and control.
- Provide accurate, reliable and prompt quality data by conducting tests/inspection on conformance to company protocols & methods, QA/ QC sampling regime and API Spec Q1 guidelines and requirements.
- Perform planned maintenance & calibration of QA/QC equipment to ensure accurate and optimal performance.
- Perform supplier quality audit and maintain quality performance.
- Coordinate and control the NDE by 3rd party inspectors including reviewing the NDE procedures and reports from 3rd party agency
- Monitor and update the QMS as per the latest edition of applicable systems and products standards.
- Perform Internal Audits and Chair the Management Review Meetings.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Quality Management or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience in Oil & Gas industry.
- Experienced in API and ISO audit to ensure effective Quality Management System.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Dynamic, self-driven and able to work well independently.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: $4,000.00 - $6,300.00 per month
