We are looking for a customer service admin to manage client queries and complaints.
Your mission is to ensure that clients receive a pleasant experience through your knowledge of our services, your hospitality, sense of service and listening skills.
Full-time or part-time position available
Working hours: 9am-6pm
Full-time: Monday-Friday
Part-time: 3 day work week (Flexible)
**Responsibilities**:
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward clients at all times
- Responding promptly to client inquiries
- Acknowledging and resolving client complaints
- Knowledge of our services and products inside out so as to be able to answer questions
- To provide clear and coherent explanation of services
- Assist with client account management and keeping records of client transactions, comments, and complaints
- Ensure client satisfaction and provide professional client support
- Ensure good operational flow
- Assist in any ad hoc duties assigned
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 1-2 year experience in customer service
- Minimum 'N' level holder
- Customer-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Pleasant and friendly personality
- Ability to stay calm and patient when clients are stressed or upset
- Strong problem solving capabilities
- Computer literacy
