
Director - Manufacturing IT Operations

**Responsibilities**:
Manage, develop, and motivate teams members and/or experienced manufacturing (MIT) professionals across the region including coaching and mentoring, assessing staff performance, and providing for professional development opportunities.
Align and engage the team in the strategic vision. Provide clarity to each team member on their role in achieving the vision, strategy, and goals.
Plan and directs multiple complex projects with the accountability for successful completion of all project deliverables to the business within established financial, schedule, scope, and quality objectives.
Align complex program roadmaps, diverse stakeholders, and inter-dependencies, especially with business initiatives.
Lead in identifying risks, developing mitigation strategies, alternate solutions, critical path, resolving issues etc. in collaboration with IT Teams and Project Managers.
Lead the technology selection activities, in collaboration with the business partner, to achieve responsive enablement of business case with consideration to IT operations and management objectives.
Manage defined set of Infrastructure services and/or technologies to ensure performance according to business needs and IT standards.
Identify ROI initiatives for enhancements and continual service improvement.
Optimize team and/or infrastructure services performance to meet business needs.
Manage vendors and ensures all activities are delivered in compliance with normal policies, procedures, technology standards, security requirements,
Create bridging relationships with the business stakeholders to understand demand and produce value, provide metrics, status updates, issue resolution and expectation management
Other incidental duties assigned by Leadership.
**Requirements**:
Bachelor’s or master’s Degree in relevant fields with 13 years working experience.
Expertise and experience in IT demand management and IT service delivery, with specific focus on Manufacturing and Supply Chain functions
Expert knowledge of end user services support (Service Desk, Desktop Support, Audio Visual, and Training Services) and practices by being able to manage day-to-day operations for Infrastructure Support services including ticket volume management, service level attainment, and focus on exceeding customer experience and expectations.
Knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies, and the ability to evaluate their potential impact on the organization.
Experience with IToT devices in manufacturing environment
Extensive Knowledge of Industry 4.0 (fourth industrial revolution)
Supporting an environment with multiple OS (Microsoft Windows, Apple Mac OS) and multiple browsers
Expert understanding of IT procedures while addressing issues with impact beyond own team based on knowledge of related disciplines.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong documentation and communication skills
Ability to proactively escalate issues to appropriate levels of management in the organization.
Excellent organizational, coordination, and presentation skills
Ability to provide technical guidance to employees, colleagues and/or customers.
Extensive background with project and program management processes, techniques, and methodologies
Experience in facilitating change, including collaboration with management and executive stakeholders.
Experience within a regulated Healthcare environment and/or Manufacturing experience preferred.
