  • As an experienced and strategic Operations Director in Radiator Manufacturing at Salama Radiator, you will be responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of manufacturing operations. Your key role will involve developing and executing operational strategies to ensure efficient, high-quality radiator production across all facilities. You will lead, coordinate, and optimize production processes to meet delivery timelines, cost targets, and product standards. It will be essential for you to direct and mentor production, engineering, and quality assurance teams to foster a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.Your expertise in implementing lean manufacturing principles will be crucial in enhancing productivity, reducing waste, and improving operational efficiency. You will be expected to ensure strict adherence to quality management systems, including ISO standards, to maintain product excellence. Compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations within the manufacturing operations will also be a key aspect of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will oversee operational KPIs, analyze production data, and provide strategic insights to the executive leadership team.Collaboration with R&D, Sales, and Supply Chain teams will be necessary to align operational capacity with market demand and innovation goals. The ideal candidate for this position should have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, along with 14+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within radiator production. Proven expertise in process optimization, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement methodologies is required, as well as strong leadership, decision-making, and people management skills.Proficiency in ERP systems and production planning software, in-depth knowledge of quality management systems (preferably ISO standards), and fluency in English are essential qualifications. Multinational or cross-cultural work experience is considered an advantage.
