- Ensure timely and accurate submission of reports to regulatory authorities.
- Identify and assess operational risks and implement necessary measures to mitigate them effectively.
- Establish and enforce regulatory and AML/KYC compliance frameworks to fulfill the company's obligations.
- Conduct trade surveillance activities to detect any irregularities or suspicious trading practices.
- Oversee both internal and external audits, as well as internal control operations.
- Ensure the Board's approval of annual audited reports and accounts, and submit all necessary annual and half-yearly reports to the relevant authorities.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures that align with operational requirements and comply with Technology Risk Management Guidelines.
- Provide clear direction and guidance to the team to foster effective cross-collaboration and enable them to tackle new challenges successfully.
- Serve as the Compliance Officer and Data Protection Officer for the company.

**Job Requirement**:

- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Finance related studies/CPA/ACCA
- Experience in the managing the operation of risk & compliance matter for financial institution
