**Job Purpose**

The Patient Service Associate (PSA) serves as the primary liaison between patients, their families, and the healthcare team. This role is responsible for coordinating appointments, arranging transport services, and ensuring seamless communication and administrative support to enhance patient care and experience.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Appointment Coordination**
- Schedule and manage patient appointments using the facility's system.
- Liaise with patients and family members to confirm appointment dates and times.
- Ensure all necessary preparations and documentation are completed for appointments.

**Transport Arrangements**
- Book ambulances or other patient transport services as needed.
- Coordinate with transport providers and inform family members of transport details.
- Confirm that all relevant documentation and equipment are ready for transport.

**Family Liaison**
- Act as the point of contact for patient family members, providing timely updates on appointments and transport arrangements.
- Address inquiries from family members professionally and empathetically.
- Communicate any changes or additional requirements to families promptly.

**Administrative Support**
- Maintain and update patient records in the system accurately.
- Create, organize, and manage documents using Google Drive and other digital tools.
- Ensure all administrative processes follow the facility’s policies and standards.

**Communication and Coordination**
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, including nurses, doctors, and administrative staff.

**Organization and Documentation**
- Maintain an organized and systematic workflow for managing appointments and transport.
- Ensure patient-related documents are correctly filed and accessible.
