Basic Salary + Commission. Other Benefits include Medical insurance, Birthday Leave, etc.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Promote and educate customers about Lynk Fragrances products.
- Convert customers and close sales to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Track daily sales and collect customer feedback to address any issues or concerns.
- Provide accurate product information and answer customer inquiries.
- Maintain a tidy and organized area to uphold the brand image.
- Serve customers professionally and deliver excellent customer experiences.
- Perform stock checks every morning.
- Request replenishment of stocks for retail activities and/or campaigns.

**Requirements**:

- Prior F2F sales experience and able to assist customers to achieve a satisfying and enjoyable shopping experience.
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage customers effectively.
- Positive mindset with a can-do attitude.
- Professional appearance and customer-centric mindset.
- Multi-lingual is a bonus.
- Willing to work on weekends, including public holidays.
