Key Responsibilities and Activities:

- Design electrical systems for construction projects, including power distribution, lighting, and safety systems.
- Prepare detailed electrical drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
- Conduct load calculations and electrical system analysis to ensure efficiency and compliance with codes.
- Collaborate with architects and other engineers to integrate electrical systems into overall project designs.
- Review and approve electrical contractor submittals, shop drawings, and material samples.
- Conduct site inspections to monitor the progress of electrical installations and ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues that arise during construction and commissioning phases.
- Ensure that all electrical systems are installed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with local codes and standards.
- Prepare progress reports and documentation for project management and stakeholders.

- Familiarity with renewable energy systems, smart building technologies, and energy management practices is a plus.

Skills & Knowledge:

- Strong understanding of electrical engineering principles and practices.
- Knowledge of building systems integration, including HVAC and fire safety systems.
- Ability to perform detailed electrical calculations and analyses.
- Competence in project management techniques and tools to ensure timely project delivery.

Formal Education:

- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

Major Study/Specialist (Education):

- Electrical Engineering or related disciplines.

Experience Required:

- 2 years of experience in electrical engineering, preferably in the construction industry.
- Proven experience with electrical design and installation for large-scale projects.
- Familiarity with project management and coordination with contractors and subcontractors.
