**Job Summary**

Your role is based in Singapore. You will report into the Global Category Manager Commodities & Functional Additives. Front and center of your everyday FMC will require you to display your commitment to our six core values: Integrity, Safety, Sustainability, Respect for People, Agility and Customer Centricity. Using FMC’s core values as a launching pad to achieve outstanding results in a demanding day to day schedule.

**How You Will Help Us Succeed**
- Collaborate with functional leads to build subcategory strategies, within Commodities and Functional Additives, based on a thorough understanding of FMC’s business conditions
- Conduct cost-analysis activities in partnership with finance and the business to identify savings opportunities against management targets
- Identify, contract, and manage strategic relationship for operations and capital expenditure
- Manage seamless business partnerships with the manufacturing, supply chain and manufacturing technology functions
- Develop and execute subcategory sourcing strategies (e.g. RFI, RFP, RFQ, scorecard and bid analysis, etc.)
- Negotiate supplier contracts utilizing FMC contract templates & procedures
- Manage timely and cost-effective resolution of contractual variations with stakeholders and suppliers
- Integrate best practices and modernized business processes across FMC, ensuring best use of tools, techniques and processes
- Collaborate with FMC’s Global Procurement Group’s Center of Excellence (CoE) team
- Collaborate with the Global Sourcing Managers in the category to coordinate on global sourcing strategies development and execution, global supplier relationship management and global leverage of supply opportunities originating from APAC.

**What You Will Bring to Us**
- Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, supply chain or business
- At least 8 - 10 years of international experience within sourcing, procurement, commercial, or operations in a multinational environment (preferably Pharmaceutical, Agricultural, or Chemical sectors)
- Proficiency in Chinese and English. Additional languages can be an advantage.
- Excellent analytical and quantitative skills
- Ability to prioritize and self-direct
