Senior Process Engineer, Test

Challenge yourself to build the simplest and most reliable test solution each time a new product is introduced.

This role will support the Process Engineering team to drive test development works at the Electronic Manufacturing Supplier (EMS). Partner the EMS and Test vendors to deliver and approve the test equipment according to project planning. Such test equipment may include certain degree of automation. New test concepts design is a frequent demand when new products are introduced.

**Core Responsibilities**
- Lead tight schedule to design, fabricate and release of testers procurement.
- Mitigate and resolve potential issues due to topics such as timelines, budgets, change requests
- Act as a point of contact and advisor in regard to test process development for both internal team members and our EMS partners, including Test vendors
- Work on the test method and ensure compliance to the established standard in every design stage of the testers
- Possess good knowledge in common test tools such as LabVIEW, NI controllers, Vision Inspection Systems, Communication Protocols and Data Management for analysis.
- Ensure that every tester is crafted such that it can deliver the best in test speed, cost, reliability
- Possess ability to debug to the lowest level of the tester design and collaborate with the vendor to address the issues.
- Analyses and interprets test data and prepares technical reports for use by the various departments of LEGO.
- Conduct Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) and Site Acceptance Test (SAT) for production test equipment.
- Supports on-site installation of prototype, pilot and production equipment.
- Lead continuous improvement programs related to test issues
- Experienced in different test methodology and concept particularly in visual and audio testing.
- Experienced in root cause analysis of electronics.

**Do you have what it takes?**
- Experience in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or related field
- Will be an advantage if you have experience in electronics manufacturing process.
- Willing to travel regularly within Asia
- Good knowledge with LabVIEW, C language, Communication Protocols
- In depth working experience with EMS partners
- Positive thinking when confronted with a difficult situation
- Knowledge in traceability and production lot control
- Experience in using BI tools
