**Purpose of the Role**:
Reporting to the Manager of Welfare Services, you shall provide daily administrative/logistics support on SCS Transport Services and SCS Financial Assistance schemes.
**Key Responsibilities**:
1) Provide administrative/logistics support for SCS Transport Services
- To attend to telephone/walk-in clients when required
- To create applicant’s profile in LEAP
- To prepare letter of approval/rejection to applicants
- To prepare daily transport schedule
- To process payment/claims
- To track and monitor vans usage and prepare monthly/MSF reports for submission.
2) Provide administrative support for SCS Financial Assistance Schemes
- To attend to telephone/walk-in clients when required
- To create applicant’s profile in LEAP
- To prepare letter of approval/rejection to applicants
- To assist in the coordination of activities/programmes
- To process hospitals and clinics’ bills/invoices
- To assist in extracting reports from Leap for reporting and/or data analysis
3) Provide administrative support in TenderBoard
- To process payments/claims
**Key Requirements**:
- Minimum GCE ‘O’/’N’ or equivalent
- Preferably with relevant experience
- Basic customer or patient services skills
- Positive attitude, good communication and strong interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office Excel
- English and a second language (ability to speak dialect will be beneficial)
