**This position is for Great World mall**, a company under Allgreen Properties Ltd.**
- Provide excellent customer service, attend to tenant and shopper enquiries and feedbacks
- Promote Great Rewards loyalty program and related activities
- Assist in voucher sales, mall redemptions, reward program and any other marketing activations as required
- Support Marcom in promotional activities, events and Great Rewards loyalty programme as required
- Ensure counter stocks and inventories tally in the CRM
- Administrative duties and any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
- Minimum 1 year working experience in relevant customer service
- Proficient in MS Office Word, Excel and/or usage of CMS is advantageous
- Possess a positive attitude, pleasant disposition is a team player
- Customer-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work in fast paced environment and has passion for service excellence
- Required to work shifts, including weekends and Public Holidays
