**Job Scope and Responsibilities**:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Digital Marketing & eCommerce Executive to join our expanding team. In this role, you will focus on digital marketing strategies, contribute to social media content creation, and assist in managing our eCommerce platforms.

Bonus points if you bring IT skills to help optimize our digital initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior professional who is eager to learn and develop in a dynamic and mission-driven environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. eCommerce Management
- Platform Support: Assist in managing product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory on eCommerce platforms like Shopee, Lazada, Amazon, and our website.
- Order Processing & Customer Support: Help process orders, handle returns, and respond to customer inquiries to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
- Sales & Inventory Analysis: Monitor eCommerce sales performance and inventory levels, and provide insights to improve operations.

**2. Social Media Content Management**
- Content Creation & Scheduling: Develop and schedule social media content that reflects our brand voice and marketing strategy.
- Community Management: Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages, fostering a positive online community.
- Performance Monitoring: Track key social media metrics (e.g., engagement, reach, follower growth) and recommend ways to boost online presence.
- Trend Awareness: Stay up to date with social media trends and offer creative ideas to enhance content and engagement.

**3. Digital Marketing**
- Content Creation: Collaborate with the team to produce engaging content for blogs, newsletters, and landing pages.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor campaign performance, provide insights, and suggest improvements for future strategies.
- Website & IT Support: Assist with website content updates, product listings, and troubleshooting to ensure smooth online operations.

Necessary training will be provided if needed.
