- Manage full set accounting duties
- Work closely with various departments on purchasing requisitions, billing processes and ensure prompt follow-up on all invoicing matters
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of all accounts.
- Timely closing of all accounts monthly.
- File and Submit CPF / GST / annual tax submissions.
- Preparation of P&L, Balance Sheet, Bank Reconciliation.
- Update and create new customers, suppliers and general ledger accounts in accounting system, banks, and GIRO.
- Monitor and prepare to deposit cash and cheques received from sales and customers into the bank.
