Merchandising Supervisor

1. Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily activities of merchandisers and ensure optimal performance on the ground.

Provide hands-on guidance and support to the merchandising team to align with company objectives.

Implement merchandising strategies from the Category Strategy Development (CSD) team at store level.

Drive operational excellence by ensuring merchandising standards are met in all assigned locations.

Ensure accuracy in pricing, signage, and promotional displays.

Monitor stock availability on home shelves and secondary displays.

Maintain store planograms according to HQ guidelines.

2. Requirements:
Proven experience in retail or merchandising supervision.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.

Comfortable working on-site and traveling between store locations when required.

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $2,800.00 - $3,750.00 per month
