Merchandizing Supervisor

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise daily activities of merchandisers and ensure optimal performance on the ground.
- Provide hands-on guidance and support to the merchandising team to align with company objectives.
- Implement merchandising strategies from the Category Strategy Development (CSD) team at store level.
- Drive operational excellence by ensuring merchandising standards are met in all assigned locations.
- Ensure accuracy in pricing, signage, and promotional displays.
- Monitor stock availability on home shelves and secondary displays.
- Maintain store planograms according to HQ guidelines.

**Requirements**:

- With proven experience in retail or merchandising supervision.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
- Comfortable working on-site and traveling between store locations when required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
