- BSI is seeking a strategic and motivated People Business Partner to join our ASEAN’s People Function team. Our People Business Partner works as both influencer and enabler in advising business leaders on strategic people planning to help building organisational and people capabilities, shaping and implementing effective people initiatives and projects that aligns with the business strategic vision.
- This is a great opportunity for a the right HR professional to grow and develop their cross-boundary HR knowledge and strategic business partnering with excellent potential for progression. You will also lead a team of People Consultants based in the ASEAN countries to deliver and drive the successful implementation of these initiatives in the local offices.
- To thrive in this role, you have:

- Multi-country HR experience in the ASEAN countries (e.g. Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Vietnam and Thailand)
- The ability to work with business leaders, advising on strategic as well as operational matters in a matrixed organisation
- Strong listening, analytical and problem-solving skills
- A commercial attitude
- The broad mindset to work with HR Centres of Excellence in a cohesive and collaborative manner
- Your key skills & experience:

- 5 + years of strategic HR Partnering experience
- Experience of collaborating with senior stakeholders at a matrix management and multi-jurisdiction structure
- Strong team player with the ability to lead and communicate effectively
- Commercially astute, focused on adding value and delivering results
- CIPD qualified (or equivalent). Individual with significant HR experience and/or working towards equivalent qualification will also be considered
- Occupational Test User: Ability & Personality (Level A & B) desirable
- Excellent English language skills essential, knowledge of 1 ASEAN language desirable
