As a **Project Manager **, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the successful execution of our projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

We are seeking a talented and creative **UI/UX Designer **with future progression to lead the design team. As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for crafting intuitive and engaging user experiences across our digital products (Mobile and Web Applications).

**Responsibilities**
- Conduct user research and gather insights to inform design decisions, including user interviews, usability tests, and competitor analysis.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define user requirements and project objectives.
- Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and visual designs to effectively

communicate design concepts and interactions.
- Develop and maintain design guidelines, style guides, and design systems to ensure consistency across products.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure the feasibility and implementation of designs, providing design specifications and assets.
- Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback, usability testing and data-driven insights.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UI/UX design to drive innovation and improvement
- Present and articulate design concept, strategies, and decisions to stakeholders, incorporating feedback and suggestions.
- Advocate for user-centred design principles within the organisation and foster a design-driven culture.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is preferred. Equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience as a UI/UX Designer, showcasing a strong portfolio of design projects that demonstrate expertise in user-centred design.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD or similar software.
- Solid understanding of interaction design, information architecture, and user-centred design principles.
- Familiar with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and their impact on design decisions. Proficiency in front-end libraries such as Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, or similar frameworks is preferred.
- Experience conducting user research activities such as user interviews, usability testing, and persona development.
- Strong problem solving skills and ability to to think critically about user needs and pain points.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and articulate design concepts effectively.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices is a plus.
- Having held leadership positions is a plus.
