The COO role is a key member of the senior management team, reporting only to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). You’ll have to maintain control of diverse business operations.
The goal of the COO position is to secure the functionality of business to drive extensive and sustainable growth.
**Responsibilities**:
- To lead and to proactively evaluate the effectiveness of current work practices and processes, identify and recommend sustainable measures to continually transform and drive efficiencies and productivity on all business operations-related matters.
- To establish and communicate the strategic business plans of Business Operations and to proactively analyse and evaluate the current infrastructure to recommend improvements that will meet the needs and support the growth of the Group and its expanding business portfolio.
- Ensures smooth business operations across all company brands, overseeing company operations and employee productivity, building a highly inclusive culture that ensures team members can thrive and organisational outcomes are met
- Translate strategy into actionable steps for growth, implementing organisation-wide goal setting, performance management, and annual operations planning.
- Design and implement business strategies, plans and procedures
- Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth. May sure this is achieved
- Establish policies that promote company culture and vision
- Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication
- Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics
- Write and submit reports to the CEO in all matters of importance
- Assist CEO in fundraising ventures
- Participate in expansion activities (investments, acquisitions, corporate alliances etc.)
- Manage relationships with partners/vendors
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $6,000.00 - $7,000.00 per month
