**Solutions Delivery Team Leader - MMB & DARWIN APAC**

**We will count on you to**:

- Lead APAC SD In-life team which is responsible for managing the renewals and change requests on over 400+ employee benefits sites for Mercer Marsh Benefits & Darwin.
- Report into the Regional Head of Solutions Delivery.
- Proactive engagement of MMB business & Darwin teams to ensure alignment on the global, regional & local clients delivery pipeline on renewals and changes on the technology platform..
- Engage client HR & business teams in driving Change & Renewals deliveries based on the agreed scope and manage client delivery risks & issues.
- Demonstrate project management, leadership and team management skills.
- Manage Darwin Global & MMB Local APAC teams to ensure complete, accurate and on time delivery.
- Adhere to the Flex implementation methodology for the client delivery i.e. Initiation; Requirements; Design &Configuration; Testing & UAT; Go Live; Project closure.
- Provide governance on APAC client renewals & change request and ensure SD team delivers on-time and on-budget.
- Undertake team capacity planning based on the delivery pipeline and pro-actively manage Manage team workloads, projects allocation, team performance and reviews
- Interface with other teams in DARWIN & MMB for optimal service delivery and issue resolution
- Act as the escalation point for issues and provide regular status reporting and issue escalation to PMO.
- Engage with various global & regional / local technical, business and operational teams within the organisation.
- Manages customer expectations and resolves project conflicts and delivers the assigned project on time.
- Identifies documents and manages project risks, open items, schedules, scope, and priorities.

**What you need to have**:

- An undergraduate degree in information technology, information systems or computer science is required.
- Strong Employee Benefits domain knowledge, Team management, project management & client management skills
- Experience of Employee Benefits and managing of SAAS system such as Workday / Oracle would be an advantage.
- MS Project skills & experience and advanced MS Office Skills. Ability to read, write, understand and communicate system requirements documentation;
- Proven ability to successfully manage projects of varying complexity.
- Ability to operate/ navigate in a multi-cultural business environment
- Quantitative, fact-based approach to decision making
- Demonstrated financial acumen and commercial mind-set
- Darwin knowledge is a plus.
- Lean Six Sigma and/ or Project Management certification preferred.
- Proven Stakeholder and Vendor management skills
- Effective Time management, analytical and problem solving skills;
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong customer focus and detail oriented.
- Demonstrates strong management skills required to lead teams in achievement of goals and objectives.
