**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver interactive and engaging training sessions on OutSystems development practices.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance training curriculum and materials, including manuals, presentations, and hands-on exercises.
- Mentor and evaluate participants, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
- Facilitate both in-person and remote training sessions using instructional technology and online teaching tools.
- Collaborate with teams to tailor and update training programs based on evolving industry needs.
- Foster a positive learning environment that encourages questions, collaboration, and active participation.

**Requirements**:

- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Software Engineering, or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge and practical experience with OutSystems development.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proficiency in or willingness to learn instructional technologies and online teaching tools.
- Passion for teaching, critical thinking, and problem-solving.
- Highly effective interpersonal skills and the ability to work in dynamic, team-based environments.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in online/offline classroom teaching or corporate training.
- Familiarity with technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience designing or revising curriculum and measuring student performance.
