Internship - Shipping Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Check shipping related documents for export
- Booking of shipments & liaise with forwarders
- Liaise with external parties for shipment of orders via courier or air.
- Shipment monitoring and follow up with forwarders as required.
- Other admin and ad hoc duties as assigned

**We value**:

- Diploma in Shipping/Logistics or equivalent
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Proficient in MS Office particularly Excel, and good with systems
- Meticulous, independent and comfortable to work in a fast paced environment
- ** Prior shipping experience and SAP knowledge will be advantageous**
