1.The RTO will represent the Employer on the construction site & assist the Superintending Officer (SO), SO representative, Architect, Resident Engineer (RE) & Landscape Architect/Arborist/ABC Waters consultant to carrying out full-time site supervision works & assist in supervising & co-ordination with other Resident Technical Officers on site.

2.Landscape works include existing tree protection, transplantation & removal, grading works, landscape drainage works, irrigation works, installation of outdoor hardscape finishes, site furnishings & details, playground equipment, softscape works & maintenance.

3.ABC Waters works include all ABC Waters Features, to ensure the features conform to the design intent based on the specifications, drawings & functionality of the overall system.

4.Check the delivery of materials to site for use on all landscape & ABC Waters related works for conformity prior to installation on site.

5.Inspect the maintenance of all landscape works & ABC Waters Features during construction stage & Defects Liability Period (DLP).

6.It is a requirement for the RTO to be a good team player with good analytical, strong verbal & written communication skills.

7.It is requirement for the RTO to have a strong ability to interpret all drawings & contract documents for the works.

8.The RTO shall possess at least a degree / diploma in the field / discipline of Horticulture, Arboriculture, Landscaping or equivalent qualifications with minimum five (5) years of relevant experience in landscaping works.
