**Clinic Receptionist ) - 5.5 Days week ( Office Hours)**:

- Answer phone calls and reply to customer enquiries.
- Making appointments and coordinate appointments.
- Register patients.
- Sending appointment reminders to patients.
- Prepare case notes and insurance claim forms.
- Handling Corporate and OTAI billing. Ensure billing details are correct.
- Handle OTAI claims.
- Liaise with OTAI for Letter of Guarantee (LOG).
