About this role:_**

We are looking for an Executive, Events (internally known as Executive, Distribution Support (Events)) who will be in charge of conceptualizing, plan and manage pre, during and post events / webinars. This role requires someone who is a team player and have a knack in events coordination. This role will report to Head of Distribution Support.

Responsibilities:_**
- Conceptualize, Plan and Manage Pre, During Post Events/Webinars
- Plan and organize the outreach and marketing of the events/webinars
- Develop collaterals and materials for marketing of the events/webinars
- Execute the concepts through the various platforms and channels
- Liaise with stakeholders to gather feedback for the event/webinar/team
- Provide support to other project teams where necessary.
- Monitor results closely and create detailed reports with data analysis and other feedback
- Adjust marketing plans as needed in response to data tracking efforts
- Any other ad-hoc duties

Requirements:_**
- At least 2 years of relevant experience
- Detail-oriented with a strong desire to be successful
- Able to think creatively and problem-solve in high-pressure situations
- Must possess a strong work ethic as well as a dedicated and positive attitude
- Excellent oral and communication skills
- Must be able to work independently and also be team-oriented and able to work collaboratively with strong interpersonal skills; professional at all times, with co-workers and vendors
- Experience in executing events and online meetings like Teams, Webinar or Zooms.
