**Responsibilities and Requirements**:

- Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies and initiatives
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer insights
- Help create and manage engaging content across various platforms
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with the marketing team on creative projects and brainstorming sessions
- Assist in organizing and executing promotional events and activities
- Provide administrative support to the marketing department, including scheduling and documentation
- Recent graduate with a local diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Enthusiasm for marketing and a willingness to learn and grow
- Basic understanding of digital marketing principles and tools
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide insights
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing software
- Creative problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to tasks
- Previous internships or related experience is a plus but not required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: From $2,950.00 per month
