Position Overview:
As a Business Development Executive/ Manager for our Executive Search division, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and expansion of our client base. Leveraging your strong sales acumen and industry expertise, you will identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients, ultimately contributing to the overall success and profitability of the firm.
Key Responsibilities:
**Client Acquisition and Relationship Management**:
- Identify and target potential clients in alignment with the firm's strategic objectives.
- Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including C-suite executives and HR leaders.
- Understand clients' talent needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their executive search requirements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and ensure exceptional client satisfaction throughout the engagement lifecycle.
**Business Development Strategy**:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and potential opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to leverage existing networks and resources in support of business development initiatives.
- Continuously evaluate and refine business development tactics to optimize results and achieve sales targets.
Proposal Development and Presentation:
- Prepare compelling proposals and presentations tailored to the specific needs of prospective clients.
- Articulate the value proposition of our executive search services and differentiate our offerings from competitors.
- Lead client meetings and presentations, effectively communicating our capabilities and value proposition to key decision-makers.
**Sales Pipeline Management**:
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting and lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and opportunities in the CRM system.
- Monitor and track progress against sales targets, providing regular updates and forecasts to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or account management within the executive search or recruitment industry.
- Demonstrated understanding of the executive search process and familiarity with various industries and functional domains.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior-level executives.
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Exceptional networking abilities and a well-established professional network within the business community.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

- Trained and worked in an MNC on B2B Sales -minimum 3 years to 10 Years.
