**[What the role is]**

You will lead a small team and support Group Director/Corporate Strategy & Planning in coordinating operational risks, incident reporting, crisis management, and emergency planning matters at both NParks and Whole-of-Government (WOG) levels. You will have the opportunity to bring fresh perspectives and approaches to enhance our emergency planning, risk management and crisis management capabilities.

**[What you will be working on]**
- Maintain and review NParks’ Enterprise Risk Management framework and policies
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders including risk owners and leads to review and update operational risks, including SOPs, and plan and conduct exercises and drills
- Support senior management in crisis management, including crisis management team (CMT) activation, operations coordination, and incident reporting
- Participate in various crisis planning committees at NParks and WOG levels

**[What we are looking for]**
- At least 8 years’ relevant work experience in risk management, emergency planning, and crisis management as well as supervising a team of staff
- Strong interpersonal, stakeholder management, analytical and communication skills with good command of English
- Certifications in emergency planning or risk management will be an advantage
