The Ngee Ann Kongsi was founded in 1845 by Teochew immigrants from China providing welfare services for its members. It was formally incorporated under the Ngee Ann Kongsi (Incorporation) Ordinance in 1933. The foundation is an active advocate in education which funds scholarships for high-performing students and study awards to disadvantaged students as well as promotes cultural and charitable activities. The Kongsi also places a deep emphasis on preserving Chinese heritage in Singapore.

**JOB POSITION**

Senior Executive/Assistant Manager/Manager (Special Projects)

**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Assist in Special Projects, events, activities, marketing and outreach efforts.
- Assist in overseeing the operations of a National Monument etc.
- Perform necessary administrative functions
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

**THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE**
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese

The Ngee Ann Kongsi is a Teochew organisation established more than 170 years ago. We continue to correspond with our fellow long-term partners in Chinese.
- Strong interest in Chinese/ Teochew Culture
- Strong planning, execution and problem-solving skills
- Familiar with Social Media
- Good team player able to work with mínimal supervision
- Willing to put in extra hours to see to the satisfactory completion of tasks

Salary will commensurate with experience and educational qualifications.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $3,200.00 - $4,500.00 per month
