We are looking to for a highly motivated IT Team Lead to join our dynamic and growing team. As the IT Team Lead, you will be responsible for the technical, managerial and service delivery of the organization’s IT infrastructure.

**Responsibilities**
- Ensure that IT systems comply with established policies, standards, licensing agreements and configuration guidelines
- Understand business requirements and operational bottlenecks
- Collaborate with in-house Security team to ensure that IT systems are kept up to date with system hardening if required.
- Maintain inventory of all hardware products and software licenses. Review all IT related maintenance agreements
- Perform routine/scheduled audits of the systems
- Manage the end-to-end IT operations
- Provide technical leadership

**Qualifications**
- At least 6 years relevant work experience required
- At least 1+ year of team management experience
- At least 3+ years of hands-on experience in deploying and managing IT systems
- Experience in end-point lifecycle management
- Experience in installation, configuration and performance tuning of servers
- Experience in virtualization technology
- Experience in managing workloads in AWS, GCP and Azure
- Knowledge of Directory Services (G Suite / One Login)
- Extensive hands-on experience in networking, OS systems administration (Mac and Windows), and IT systems administrations (Google Workspace, Atlassian Jira, Wrike etc)
- Knowledge of ITIL / ITSM processes
- Strong analytical skills
