- about 1 hour agoWe are currently working with a Workplace Interior Design firm based in Singapore in search of a Junior Project Executive to join the team. As a Junior Project Executive, you will play a key role in supporting project managers and design teams in the planning, coordination, and execution of workplace design projects. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist project managers and design teams in all phases of workplace design projects, from concept development to project completion.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure project objectives, timelines, and budgets are met.
- Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates and addressing inquiries.
- Assist in gathering client requirements and feedback, translating them into project goals.
- Manage project documentation, including plans, schedules, budgets, and project files.
- Keep project files organized and up-to-date, ensuring easy access to essential project information.
- Accompany senior team members on site visits to assess project progress and address any on-site issues.
- Assist in coordinating project logistics and ensuring the project adheres to design specifications.
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Assist in sourcing and procurement activities as required.
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing meeting agendas and minutes, and managing project-related correspondence.

**Key Qualifications**:

- Minimum O level and above.
- Previous internship or entry-level experience in interior design or project management is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to changing project demands.
- Passion for workplace design and a desire to learn and grow in the field.
