Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and organized Junior Project Manager to support project execution and marketing initiatives. This role combines project coordination with marketing support, ensuring timely delivery of projects and marketing campaigns while maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring projects from initiation to completion.
  • Coordinate tasks, schedules, and resources across teams to meet project deadlines.
  • Track project progress and provide regular updates to Global Marketing Manager
  • Support marketing initiatives, including campaign execution, content coordination, and collateral management.
  • Assist in the creation and review of marketing materials to ensure brand consistency.
  • Help manage digital marketing projects, social media content calendars, and promotional campaigns where applicable.
  • Communicate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure alignment on project and marketing goals.
  • Maintain project documentation, reports, and performance metrics.
  • Identify potential risks or bottlenecks and propose solutions for smooth project execution.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in project coordination or marketing support (internships included).
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g. AzureDevOps, Jira) is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing, social media, and content creation.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience supporting marketing campaigns and/or events.
  • Ability to analyze project data and produce actionable insights.
  • Creative mindset with attention to brand messaging and visuals.
