- about 2 hours agoWe are currently seeking a skilled Assistant Business Development and Investment Management Manager to join a dynamic developer and operator in Singapore. You will be working with experienced professional who are well known in making impact in the regional real estate sector. **Responsibilities**:
1) Investment Management Support:
- Assist the investment manager in evaluating potential investment opportunities, conducting financial analysis, and performing due diligence.
- Monitor the performance of existing real estate investments, analyze market trends, and provide timely reports and recommendations.
- Collaborate with the investment team to develop and implement investment strategies that align with the company's objectives.
- Conduct research on industry best practices, market conditions, and emerging trends to enhance investment decision-making processes.
2) Business Development:
- Identify and research potential clients, investors, and business partners to expand the company's network and generate new investment opportunities.
Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients, promoting the company's real estate investment services.
- Prepare persuasive investment proposals, presentations, and marketing materials to effectively communicate the company's value proposition.
- Attend industry conferences, networking events, and client meetings to represent the company and establish new connections.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute business development strategies, including online marketing campaigns and lead generation initiatives.
3) Documentation and Reporting:
- Prepare investment documents, contracts, and other legal paperwork in collaboration with the legal team.
- Maintain accurate records of investment activities, including financial data, contracts, and client interactions.
- Generate regular reports on investment performance, market trends, and business development activities to present to senior management and stakeholders.
**Key Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, real estate, or a related field. A master's degree or CFA designation is a plus.
- Proven experience in real estate investment analysis, business development, or a similar role within the real estate industry.
- Strong financial acumen and proficiency in conducting financial analysis and modeling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients, investors, and partners.
- Ability to effectively present complex investment information in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong research and analytical skills to evaluate investment opportunities and market trends.
- Proficiency in using financial software and tools such as Excel, financial modeling software, and CRM systems.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of legal and regulatory frameworks related to real estate investments.
- Knowledge of local and regional real estate markets, industry trends, and investment strategies.
