**Job Description**:
Accounts
- Responsible for general accounting functions
- Handle full set of accounts including accounts payable, accounts receivable and fixed assets
- Prepare and submit monthly consolidated Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet and Cash flow statements.
- Liaison with auditor, tax agent, company secretary, etc
- Plan, organise and administer accounting systems (including preparing payments, invoices and billing)
- Maintain daily bank reconciliation
- Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end closing
- Ensure proper maintenance of documentation and filing to support all accounting entries
- Maintain data entry and ensure proper maintenance of records with appropriate supporting documentation and filing
- To identify, report and resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities
- Any other tasks as assigned by the Board

Human Resource
- Responsible for services covering HR Operations
- Assist in the employment, attrition and appraisal process
- Organise, maintain and update staff personnel files, ensuring all information are properly updated and kept with the highest level of confidentiality
- Perform regular tracking and timely updates of staff attendance, leave records and benefit plans
- Prepare payroll computation such as salary (including CPF contributions), overtime, allowance and benefit plans
- To stay abreast of the latest changes in statutory requirements in relation to Human Resource Management
- Develop relevant HR policies and procedures, act as custodian of all HR policies to ensure compliance to the legislation and framework
- Monitoring and updating the Company’s Insurance for Additional/Deletion/Revised
- Responsible for administrative duties
- Provide advices on HR related matters including disciplinary issues and disputes
- Any other tasks as assigned by the Board

**Requirements**:

- At least 5 years of relevant experience
- Bachelor's degree in accountancy/human resource related field
- Familiar with e-commerce business
- Proficiency in both verbal and written English communications
- Proficiency in accounting and HR software
- Knowledge of general accounting principles, regulatory standards and compliance requirements
- High degree of accuracy, strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Well-versed in legislation and HR policies
