**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies for overseas teams, including sourcing resumes through various channels, conducting interviews, and maintaining data records.
- Coordinate and manage the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring smooth transitions and a positive experience.
- Stay informed on the latest trends and compensation developments in overseas/Singapore employment markets to ensure competitive and effective recruitment practices.
- Establish Singapore's compensation and benefits practices and assist in payroll calculation and tax as well.
- Manage human resources in Singapore, assist in managing other overseas teams, and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company's overseas teams.
- Assist with the onboarding and offboarding processes for overseas partners.
- Perform other projects or temporary tasks assigned by superiors.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5 years or more of recruitment experience, with a preference for experience in overseas markets and Singapore recruitment.
- Excellent written and spoken proficiency in both English and Chinese.
- Proficient in using recruitment software with an in-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices and techniques.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive with the ability to quickly learn new tasks.
