[What the role is]
The Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (CAAS) is looking for a driven professional with extensive experience in planning and organising large scale international events to head up, grow and lead its newly formed CAAS Events team.
[What you will be working on]
As Head (Events), you will:
I. Manage a portfolio of at least three large-scale global events a year involving international government and industry leaders and various local events.
II. Drive the conceptualisation, planning and execution of these events, including selecting and managing vendors, to achieve their objectives.
III. Lead and build capabilities in the CAAS Events team.
[What we are looking for]
- At least 5 years of stellar performance in planning and organising large scale international events, including in leadership roles managing a portfolio of events.
- Strong ability to translate objectives into impactful programmes that are run with clock-work efficiency and are personable and memorable.
- Strong ability to engage and exceed expectations of senior international guests.
- Strong leadership ability to engage stakeholders and build teams.
