**Key Responsibilities**
- Ensure timely and accurate update of operational staff shift patterns, work hours including OT and training records.
- Assist the department to prepare staff rosters, leave plans and associated processes to optimise overall and tactical resource planning.
Administration of Dispatch office supplies, equipment, and consumables. Monitor contracts, service agreements and process invoices from vendors. May require some local travel to Changi Airport to support Flight Operations.
- Assist department to process basic queries or investigations of flight planning related occurrences.
- Support Flight Ops’ booking and issuance of Tech Crew positioning tickets.

**Required Skills**:

- Diploma holder, preferably with a technical or engineering background
- Aviation-related qualifications or experience would be advantageous, but not necessary
- Analytical with good problem-solving skills
- Good situational awareness, ability to focus and prioritise time sensitive tasks
- Meticulous and able to execute procedures accurately
- Able to work independently and as a team in a fast-paced environment, strong team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
- IT proficient, comfortable working with operational and technical documentation and procedures
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Comfortable with 24-hour rotating shift duties including weekends and public holidays
