**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a motivated and dependable Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team. The Warehouse Associate will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of our warehouse facility. The primary responsibilities include stowing, picking, packing, dispatching orders, and performing quality control on vegetables and fruits. This position offers an immediate start date and an excellent opportunity for growth within the organization. Location, walking distance from RedHill MRT - 4 Leng Kee Road.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Stowing: Safely and efficiently store incoming inventory in designated areas within the warehouse.
- Picking: Accurately select items from inventory based on order requirements.
- Packing: Prepare orders for shipment by carefully packing items, ensuring their safety and integrity during transit.
- Orders Dispatchment: Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely and accurate dispatch of orders to customers.
- Quality Control: Inspect vegetables and fruits for quality, freshness, and adherence to established standards before dispatch.
- Shift Management: Follow assigned shift schedules to ensure consistent coverage and operational efficiency.
- Flexible Working Hours: Adapt to varying working hours as per the shift schedule, with 8-hour shifts.
- Weekend Availability: Be available to work 2 weekends per month as required by the operational needs.
- Reliability: Demonstrate high reliability and punctuality to maintain smooth warehouse operations.
- Training: Willingness to learn and follow training programs related to warehouse procedures and safety protocols.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to achieve collective goals.
- Salary: The salary for this position ranges between $2000 and $2350, commensurate with experience.
- Annual Leave: Enjoy 14 days of annual leave to rest and recharge.
