- Execution of general invoicing tasks
- Input and Process AP Invoice, check and ensure vendor invoices are matched with PO, signed DO & GRN, verified and posted in a timely and accurate manner
- Ensure all monthly payments were captured or prepaid
- Checking and Verification of petty cash reimbursements
- Attend to Vendor's requests with regards to documentation/billing
- Liaise with vendors on invoice discrepancies, reconciliation against vendors’ statements and payments.

- Good communication skills

**Salary**: From $2,400.00 per month
