**The role**:
The Mobbin platform provides high-quality, expert-curated digital design references to designers all across the globe. Doubling down on relevancy and domain expertise is how Mobbin stays competitive across the space. At Mobbin, we believe that the future of design will be shaped by ML.

We are hiring a machine learning engineer intern to join our ML Team. As a machine learning engineer intern in the ML Team at Mobbin, you will be responsible for researching, discussing, and experimenting ML models ranging from CV to NLP. More generally, the ML Team is responsible for turning ML ideas into product features, both for internal tools and for future customer product opportunities.

**What you'll do...**:

- Rapidly plan and iterate on ML experimentation in parallel.
- Collaborate with fellow ML engineers and software engineers to execute the ML roadmap.
- Define data requirements and coordinate data labelling efforts with our in-house UX analysts, UX labellers, and reverse-engineering software engineers.
- Come up with creative ways to get more data, and if necessary, collaborate with other members of the team to do so. For example, by crawling the web for data.
- Write scripts for data wrangling and data sanitisation.
- Read, discuss and reproduce experiments from published research.
- Evangelise the use of ML throughout the organisation.

**You should...**:

- Have a strong passion in machine learning across different domains and techniques.
- Have some interest in the HCI space.
- Be able to fine-tune and run ML experiments with some supervision.
- Be scientific, data-driven and scrappy in how you execute.
- Be able to communicate effectively and have good written communication skills.
- Have a strong desire to make foundational improvements across the organisation.
- Have strong machine learning fundamentals.
- Have fine-tuned at least one deep learning model.
- [Bonus] Be familiar with UI/UX concepts.
- [Bonus] Have experience with prompt hacking.
