
Relationship Manager, Wealth Management

We are seeking a Relationship Manager to manage our wealth customer portfolio, predominantly Indonesia based.
**Key Roles and Responsibilities**
- Initiate and establish new relationship (accredited investor segment).
- Conduct all required Know Your Customer (KYC), AML process, procedures and documentations.
- Have an oversight on the dealing infrastructure / processes / systems for the investment products, and be responsible for all sales documentations, product agreements and service level agreements.
- Handle the onboarding process for new clients to ensure a smooth transition and introduction to the brand’s products or services.
- Maintain long-term relationships with clients through regular communication and personalized support.
- Identify opportunities to enhance the client’s experience.
- Generate additional business through cross-selling or upselling.
- Promptly and effectively address client issues by coordinating with internal teams, especially with key account managers.
- Continuously monitor client satisfaction levels.
- Improve and meet sales targets through long-term customer retention.
- Attend to any other duties as assigned by supervisor/management.
**Qualifications and Skills**
- Degree holder with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
- Experienced in wealth management services to EA, Mass Affluent and HNWI - particularly Indonesian clients.
- Improve and meet sales targets through long-term customer retention.
- Good knowledge of financial and investment products.
- Excellent consultative sales, advisory, listening and presentation skills.
- A strong sense of ownership, responsibility and accountability with positive attitude.
- Knowledge of relevant regulatory governance in market.
- Driven, self-motivated and able to work independently yet being a good team player.
- Familiar with Indonesian cultures and the ability to converse with Indonesian clients and formulate reports in Bahasa to Head Office.
