Address customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate quotations.
- Prepare and organize sales-related documentation, including quotations, sales orders, purchase orders, delivery orders, and sales invoices.
- Coordinate delivery schedules, track shipments, and monitor work progress to ensure timely completion.
- Maintain effective communication with customers and suppliers throughout the job process, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
- Collaborate closely with team members to achieve targets set by management, fostering a supportive and cooperative work environment.
- Facilitate coordination between customers, suppliers, and contractors on all matters related to projects or orders.
- Provide clerical assistance and administrative support in daily operations, ensuring efficient workflow.
- Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned to support the smooth functioning of the department.
**Job Requirements**:
- Possess a GCE 'O' Level or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a customer service or operations role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers, suppliers, and team members.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on providing a positive experience.
- Proficiency in administrative tasks and attention to detail.
- Ability to work well in a team, collaborate, and achieve targets.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage various responsibilities effectively.
